How long does shipping take? What's the lead time?
Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your order to arrive. We will contact you if this changes due to any unforseen delays.
Can you do custom size pool pump covers?
Yes! Limited size variations are possible, as shown:
Can you make any modifications or cut outs?
Our pool filter covers are sold as a complete DIY kit so, unfortunately, modifications and cut outs are not possible.
Are your pool pump covers pool safe?
Pool pump covers are best installed outside the non-climbable zone of your pool fencing. If this isn't possible, please contact a licenced pool safety certifier for specific advice regarding the suitability of a pool pump cover for your pool area. There is a non-climbable 9mm gap between the slats.
Can I cover my heat pump or air conditioner?
It depends on the heat pump / air con manufacturer. A pool pump cover will restrict air flow, so please contact the manufacturer of your heat pump or air conditioner to confirm if a DIY Pool Pump Cover is suitable for you.
How long does it take to install a pool pump cover?
Install takes approximately 4 - 8 hours from start to finish. You will need to assemble the panels onsite, installing each slat individually using the provided self-drilling metal tek screws and a good quality drill.
Can I install into natural ground instead of concrete?
Unfortuantely, no. The posts must be fixed into a concrete slab or similar solid / structural surface.
